Benjamin A. Taylor is a founding partner of Leventhal Stanley & Taylor. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes and other high stakes litigation.
Mr. Taylor has represented clients in multibillion dollar lawsuits and arbitrations across the country. He represented a plaintiff at trial in a multibillion dollar contract dispute and has defended former directors and owners of a pharmaceutical company in hundreds of lawsuits seeking billions of dollars in damages. His experience on both sides of the courtroom informs how he develops claims and tests defenses.
