She is a veteran litigator with nearly four decades of trial, arbitration and appellate experience, navigating sophisticated high-stakes, multi-front and multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate disputes. She has appeared before dozens of state and federal courts nationwide, successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Kober graduated summa cum laude with honors from Hofstra University before earning her law degree from Harvard Law School. She launched her career in New York in 1987 at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, under the mentorship of its then-litigation chairman, Gregory P. Joseph.
